Citizens of India get Six Fundamental Rights which is popularly
known in the country as Maulik Adhikar. Every person who lives in India have
fundamental rights. These six Maulik Adhikar are below.
1. Right to Equality: Under this right any person couldn’t
be understood as below leveled on the basis of religion, caste or gender. Even
sometime the birth place of a person considered at low level this is also
covered by Right of Equality. The birth place of any person (s) doesn’t make
him/her low leveled.
2. Right to Freedom: Under
this right any person can speak freely anywhere and can built union and attend
assemblies. He is free to do anything whatever comes under the law freely.
3. Right to Freedom of Religion: Under this all persons are
free to accept any religion and can follow it. IN which religion he/she was
born not matters. At any stage of age they can follow any religion as per their
wish. They also have freedom to manage religious affairs.
4. Right against Exploitation: Everyone has right to work
against any type of Exploitation. Under this right person can prohibit Child
labour and Forced Labour.
5. Right to Education & Culture: This provides right to
everyone to expand their culture as well as it provides educational rights.
Everyone have right to be educated.
6. Right to Constitutional Remedies: Under this everyone have
right to take action at their level for Constitutional Remedies.
These are the six basic Maulik Adhikar to all Indian
citizens. Now Right to Information also added which also known in the country
as Suchna Ka Adhikar. Right to Information helped a lot to disclose several
large issues.
